I lower my ph than My ta goes down , so I have to raise my ta back up using baking soda , than my ph goes up. I feel like I'am going in circles.

Read the article in Pool School on how to permanently lower TA without lowering pH.
What are you keeping your TA at right now? Chances are you are maintaining TA at too high a level, which is what is causing the PH to rise.
Thanks for the help , One more question is does adding bleach raise ph . I do not have any borate in my pool.should I add borate because I'am using bleach and baking soda but not borate.

Let the TA settle around 60 and only raise it back to 60 when it goes below 60.
Bleach doesn't cause any net change in the PH. Adding bleach raises the PH for a short while, and it then goes down again as the chlorine get used up.
If "Ch" is chlorine, your chlorine level is too low. With a SWG, you should keep FC at 3 or higher. Without a SWG it should be 5 or higher.

So you are saying that you have a LOW TA, but your pH keeps rising? Does it get above 7.8 or is it stable there?
Thanks yes ch is chlorine . No SWG system just chlorine pool are you sure on have FC at 5 that seam high . That my be why I always have some problem because I always was told not to go above FC 3. Should I use borate or not I have read about it ,some say yes and some say maybe ??

My ph is stable around 7.5-7.8 and my ta is stable to, how can I low ph with out lowing ta ?? or should I just let my ph still at 7.8 .
