Sorry in advance if this is repeated elsewhere...We just had our 24' x 52" agp installed & filled it up. We also have a Aquatrol SWG that is installed (return jet) but has not been turned on yet. This evening we shocked the pool to bring up our chlorine level & we are wondering if we can go ahead and add some salt tonight as well so it can circulate overnight. We are extremly new at this & don't want to screw anything up!! Also should we wait to see what our chlorine levels are tomorrow before we add any cya or anything else. Thanks very much!!! :-D

You can absolutely add salt tonight. Make sure to leave the swcg off for 24 hours after adding it.
You can go ahead and add the CYA too.

Check and adjust your pH and you can even go swimming :-D
