Here is the picture of my CYA tube, I do not see a black dot on the bottom. What am I missing here to measure CYA?

Your tube is missing a sticker on the bottom. It's a round sticker with a black dot that you can see looking down the tube from the top.
I suspect you could make your own. When I look at mine, the key looks to be good contrast between the black dot and the white sticker it is on.

Missing dot...weird. It's 3/8 to 1/2 inch in diameter. Covers most of the bottom.

When you look down into your tube, what you should see is a black dot at the bottom with a white ring around it. The sticker is applied to the outside bottom of the tube.

Where'd you get that tube? Whoever you got it from should replace it.
If it was in a Taylor kit, just call them and I bet they'd be happy to send you a new one.
If it was from Dave I bet he'll send you a new one.
