Jandy Aquapure 1400 stuck on "cell reversing"

You have a NO FLOW message. I suggest searching for Jandy AquaPure Workbook and it will have all the troubleshooting steps to follow as there are multiple things that can cause this issue.

Make sure the cell is getting enough flow through it. A dirty filter might be reducing the flow the cell.

About 3 hours later, the cell reversing light is back on.
Why does the message "no flow" show up under the read out screen as shown in previous photo since it is a new flow sensor?? Ideas on troubleshooting??
