FC and pool run time

My FC has been holding at 13 for a week or so. The Pool Calculator says this will go down on it's own. I'd like to get it down to 7. I have SWG and I am wondering if it has to do with my pump run times. I have been running for 5 hours in the early am 12-5. Then during the day I run 30 minute intravals totaling an additional 5 hours.

Should I cut back my day time runs?

What percent is the swcg set on? I think you're running way too many intervals but I'd cut back on the swcg setting if you don't want to lessen the run time.

I'd cut back something! 10 hours filtering is probably overkill, and costing you a bunch in electricity.

Gonna be trial-and-error to figure out how long to run the filter and what percentage to set the SWG.

It's at 40%.

Is it okay not to run the filter during the day hours even with 100 degree weather? The reason I'm running it at night is because the air temp is much cooler and I put in one of the cooling mist that spray the water through the air to help keep the water the water temp down. Before the mister 92 degrees....with the mister 84 degrees.
