Making bulk 12.5%+ more manageable?

I recently started using this, and it's super easy for a syphoning method. Hose with a glass ball on the end you just shake it and it starts to syphon. I fill my 3L containers in about 10 seconds. When I am down to the last 5 or 7L I just pour in with a funnel.

I picked one up at Home Depot on the way home from work. I just used it and it was exactly what I need. It's better than a spigot for me 'cause I've got curious young kids that would definitely make some trouble if it was that easy.

Now I can keep the hard to remove cap* on there for safety and don't even have to tip the carboy to get the bleach out.

*I use an oil filter wrench with a rubber strap to remove the cap and tighten it back up again to keep little fingers out.
