small green spots on bottom of pool

Water is clear but have small green splothes on floor ,is this algae? I shocked and vaccumed and it is better but still see a little -how long do I hold the shock level?
PH 7.8 CYA 30 TA 140 FC 5.5

It is very likely this is algae. As far as shocking, the number of days is different for every pool. You want to shock until you have clear water, pass the OCLT test, and less than 0.5ppm CC.
