Hey everyone.
My name is Ryan and I'm from the Pittsburgh area. I work at a local pool store.
Unlike some other people I've seen/worked with, I like to try to know what I'm talking about when I'm helping a customer. I'd rather be right, give them what they need, and then not see them for two weeks because their pool is well-maintained and they're happy than have them in here every day buying chemicals they don't need.
So I've been lurking around on here for the past week or so at my place of employment and I feel the discussion on here has really enhanced my ability. I'm majoring in mechanical engineering at ND, so I don't plan to do pools as my profession, but I want to be good at what I do!
