mixed messages about MA

Thanks, I know getting off topic, so I can cease if need be...
I was wondering how you handle the timing of it. I know the pump the comes with the pool it just on / off, no timer.
Does the SWG work the same way? When powered it's active when power shut off not working?
Going to be tedious turning on / off each day unless I get an electrical timer.

SWGs vary. Some include timers that can control the pump, others depend on the pump timer to turn them on and off. Most of them cycle the cell on and off while they are turned on to match the percentage setting your have them set to.

after adding 4oz of MA my pH is back to 7.6
just put 20oz of bleach in and 20oz of stabilizer(sock near the return)
going to run the pump for at least 24 hours.
test kit comes tomorrow and ill go from there.
