How does it work?

Installed a Liquidator on my in ground last week, but could not figure out the logistics. Both the inlet and the outlet are within a inch or two of the top, but the chlorine settles to the bottom.

How does the chlorine get picked up? at 3 GPH there does not look like there is enough flow to mix the water and chlorine from the bottom.

What am I missing with this system?????

The chlorine in the bottom diffuses into the water at the top. Moving water through the unit as it does, moves the higher concentration liquid out of the LQ and replacing it with water allowing the diffusion to continue.

It continues to do this until all the higher concentrated bleach in the bottom is diffused into the lower concentrated water at the top and is pumped out.

If you have any doubts about chlorine in the top, try testing the water. It will run you out of drops trying to clear it.
