Hello everyone,
My name is Tom. I live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area and own an inground pool. I am a tinkerer in many ways. I enjoy computers, electronics, and making them do something. I've used my pool as a reason to experiment with Arduino and learn some more about electronics. I sometimes need to consult my wife on some of the chemistry things, since that isn't my strong area.
I've "known" my pool for about 10 years, as my friend owned my house before I did. I now have owned it for 6 years and have put a lot of work into it. My wife and I have a 3 year old daughter, so safety is a pretty big deal around the pool.
That's all I can think of for now, I just wanted to say hello.
