im still getting air in my intex 1600 gph pump i did an out side wall skimmer and a new ball valve under skimmer can the water level being to high make that happen ive done every thing and still having air and can i run my pump on a heavy duty extension cord i live in leominster ma if any one around can help i would like to hard plum

and also is there a rubber gasket that goes on the nut that holds the pump basket on i know there a 2 o rings
I'm not familiar with the intex units but maybe someone will be along soon that will know.
