Liquidator where to drill holes?

I am confused. I am sending a picture of my setup if someone could guide me..

I think the 1 hole goes right before the strainer basket, but confused on where to put the other hole? Is it the right most pipe that goes to the pool?

If I am following how the pipe run correctly, the horizontal pipe running in back at the top of the photo would be a good place. I believe that pipe carries water coming out of the filter to the chlorinator (gray with a handle that looks like a steering wheel not too far down from the top).
