Where is the best price on a factory (not third party) Hayward 15 model and from where?

$388 is the best I have seen, here. That is the 1 year warranty version. The 3 year warranty version is about $50 more.

There is a reason the one year one is cheaper. It won't last near as long.

For the three year warranty one anything under $500 including shipping and all taxes is a decent price. I shopped everywhere and there were no real savings to be found, unless you want a generic one.

Hmm. What information do you have to support this? I believe the 1 year and 3 year are identical units. You are just paying additional for an extra 2 years of warrantee.
