Can I install an automatic timer for my ten year old in ground pool? I have an Intermatic timer for the pump filter but use a switch for the lights. How difficult is it to install one for the lights. Thanks

Pretty sure the wiring for the light would be the same as for a 120V pump ... assuming you get another Intermatic.

I just removed the standard outdoor wall switch that controlled my lights and replaced it with a timer. It's a dial timer similar to the kind you would see around a stove I guess. When you want the pool lights on, you give it a spin and set the light for a given amount of time. If you need a picture I can get one later today. I picked up the timer at Lowe's.
