Hi, before I put any cya in my pool I want to make sure I am figuring the pool calculator correctly.
My cya is in detectable on my Taylor test kit, only goes to 30
Put the liquid in all the way to the top and can clearly see the black dot
Pool calc says to add 2 pound 6oz
Of cya if cya is 25, figuring 25 cause don't want to over shoot the cya and regret it later
The cya I have says natures way stabilizer 100% cya on the bottle of the granules
So just wanted to make sure it's safe to add 2 pounds of the granules, figuring this should bring me in the 40 range if it's close to 25 or if it's actually 0 then I can add more next week.
Let me know if adding 2 pounds is safe, don't want to mess this up )
