Replacing Heat Exchanger- any tips

Has anybody ever replaced the heat exchanger on a heater? My new part came yesterday and I will be doing it tonight. Anything I should be aware of? My brother is a furnace/hot water guy so he is doing it for me. Seems pretty straight forward but I thought there might be something I'm missing. Its a Hayward H250.
