I have dead algae on the bottom of my pool.
I have a vacuum that I can plug into my skimmer, which sucks through the filter. Last time I vacuumed the floor of my pool to get the dead algae, I noticed a white/gray cloud spraying out of my jets. I am thinking that it's too fine for my filter to get all of it. Is there a better way to do this? I have a cartridge filter and there is a hose outlet at the bottom. Will it help if I open that up while I am vacuuming?
