Pool Pump or Motor replacement help??

Hey,

So I have a Whisperflo WF-28 pump and the motor is shot, it turns on then overheats and shuts off. Now I'm just confused should I replace the whole pump $400+ or just the motor which can be around $250+ ? The pump and pool is about 6 years old.

If there's nothing wrong with the wet end, I'd go for just replacing the motor. The wet end should last a long time just pumping pool water.
