Hayward T-Cell-15

My cell is bad, I am going to replace it. Should I go with the hayward brand or has anyone tried this:

They are too new for us to know anything significant about them. People have had mixed results (good and bad) with other brands of third party cells, but I haven't heard any reports about that particular brand.
