Hayward Super Pump only buzzes with not start

Just flipped power switch on for first time this season and Hayward pump only buzzes. Any ideas what could be wrong or what needs to be done? Bought pump new, this is only third season. Thanks.

Have you tried taking the back cover off and turning the shaft manually? If it'll turn, your problem is most likely the start capacitor.
