Is this low psi?

Hey guys, I'm curious to know if you think if 9 psi is too low on a cartridge filter. (filters are a year old). This is my first year dealing with the pool so I don't know what it normally runs at. I just started the summerizing of the pool yesterday and noticed it ran at 9. Good suction on the skimmers and good on the return. I checked and cleaned out the impeller before starting it up. I do realize what could cause a low psi, but is it worth worrying about?

I would say it is about right. Must be a fairly large filter. My clean psi is 10.

It is a decently large filter IMO. But it actually uses 2, which I've never seen, 1 large one, and 1 smaller that fits in the middle of that.
