Aqua rite reading pcb

I have replaced tHe current inrush limiter and still have
The same problem. If I cut the Power off and turn it back on it works for less than 12 hours and goes back to reading pcb. Last year I found the fuse melted to the unit so I bought an inline fuse kit and put back together with a 20 amp fuse. It's out of warranty and don't want to spend a fortune. I have a picture but can't upload from my phone. Please help

My Aqua rite is also reading PCB I have replaced the limiter twice but that only works a few weeks. If I shut down the power it will work again for a few hours. Do I need to repace the board?
