I am having a problem with my pool cover. I can't get it open. The motor turns, but when the cam slides over to turn the post, the motor just can't move it. It hits and stops. I am pretty sure that it is an overload for the motor. But, Why? the pool is drained pretty low, so the cover is not floating. I hesitate to fill the pool without being able to see it. Are the covers and mechanisms designed for the cover to be floating? If anyone has some guidance, I would appreciate it.
