We are in the process of buying a new house, this one with the wife's dream-a swimming pool! The only specifics I can give right at the moment is that it's 18x36 in-ground with side steps, and 45 degree corners. It's vinyl and uses a Hayward sand filter.
The task of maintaining a pool seems at first, daunting, but I figure there's a lot of pool owners dumber than me that have managed to keep the swamp monsters away, so I've got a pretty good shot at having a wonderful pool. The current owner seems meticulous, so I'm not inheriting any problems. I'll know more after the home inspection tomorrow.
