Best color to paint LQ?

I wanna paint my LQ to keep it sun protected. Would dark color make it too hot in the tank? And would light color still allow sun to penetrate?

I painted mine white with Rustoleum paint for plastics. White color reflects all light. I left a stripe open at the top of the fill area and a stripe on all sides so I can estimate how many gallons of chlorine are in the tank. (I added lines after adding 1 gal of water 8 times and marking the top level).
