Reagents for testing Borates?

Well since this thread is titled Borates... Here's where I will ask... Does Taylor make reagents for testing Borates? I'm assuming the pool calculator will tell me how much Borax to put in, but testing for it is where I am concerned

No, Taylor doesn't currently make a Borate test.

Show if I use the pool calculator to put 50 ppm borax into my pool, then how will I monitor the level? Or don't they go away except from backwashing or splashout and rain dilution?
