Fair price to re-do plumbing?

We inherited a 30yr old 30x15 IG pool. I've been told be a few pool companies that the current plumbing is poor quality and we should have the plumbing replaced before we concrete the area around the pool.

With the pool being a smallish oval pool and the pump is only 10ft from the pool, how much do you think would be a fair price to have new plumbing installed. There's a skimmer, a suction, and one jet.
