Jandy color halogen lights

I have a Jandy color halogen light that will not cycle through its colors. I tried switching bulbs and when placed in the white light socket they work, so I know all the bulbs are working. I have tried rsetting the breaker, but that does not work. At the end of last year anytime the lights were turned ON the GFI outlet would blow. I put fixing it off until the spring, but now the main white light works but none of the color bulb sockets are working. When I try to switch color with the remote it just flashes then remains white.
