SPOT GONE ll Use for Shock Treatment

I do not know if I am in the right board but I was given Spot Gone ll to use for SHOCK treatment because they were out of Shock treatments , Now I need to know if I was steered the right way. It states not to use on liner and I have a liner, called the company and they also stated not to use on vinyl liner. But give me some info on how to use and if I can. Please help.

Take it back and go get bleach! Cheaper and won't harm your liner for sure!
