Have new fiberglass pool install beginning today. I have 3 Pal Treo 5w lights and the basic WIRTRAN power panel. I'll hard wire with conduit the WIRTRAN to the EasyTouch panel. For the 3 Pal Treo lights (2 wires) do I connect + and - to each other other and to the WIRTRAN? The WIRTRAN has only one power out (30 Watt capacity).

That sounds right. It is fine to power all of the lights from one power supply as long as it has enough watts for all of them together.
