I just replaced the drive and traction belts in my blue pearl and decided to replace the blue cleaning pads while I was at it even though they looked like they were in good condition. I was shocked when I compared the old ones to the new ones as to how worn the old ones were. I just replaced my liner (was 15 yrs old) but in the last year or so had a lot of wear near the water line. I now believe that the pads being warned actually had the lip next to the drive belt rubbing on the liner. So, be careful to inspect these for getting thin even if they look like they have little wear.

Wow, that's quite a difference. Kinda like how we never notice ourselves getting old...or fat...until we see what we used to look like!
