On Dave's advice after introducing myself in the intro forum, decided to bring my discussion here! Short summary, then I'll try to post pics which are way more helpful....
After seeing the vinyl liner in my pool so pulled away in the corners, the track pulled almost completely out of the old block, and the retrofitted concrete coping sections almost falling into the pool, I decided this was the year for the remodel. Also decided on going about it myself (aside from GP Pools doing a liner install), seeing as how 2 pool companies wanted nothing to do with it and two more gave me prices of 16-20K! Oh and I gave myself a deadline, by planing a May 26th Memorial Day Party, Like I need more motivation! Anyway, here's some pics, will get to my questions in a bit...
