I'm in Phoenix, Az - and after reading all the info on here I realize that we have been extremely fortunate that we haven't had problems before this year. After some ugly staining a month ago, we have drained and refilled and currently working on fine tuning, but the water is looking great at this moment! Had I known about this site previously, I would not have had the staining issues.
I am reading, and re-reading pool school, and little by little it is sinking in. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate all the help and info on this site! Thanks to everyone.
