We keep waiting to put our liner in due to the weather. The water is coming same day. Here's the problem it says it needs to be 80. It's been around 76 -79 all week. Could we open it inside to get it warm and then install it ? Anyone got any other ideas ?

70s and sunny is usually fine, especially if you have direct sunlight on the pool and aim for the warmest part of the day.
Wait it out. I've done two DIY liners and both times it was 85+. The "workability" of the liner is so much better when you let it warm up.
Pick a sunny day. The sunshine alone will help warm it up.
