Solar Cover Reel Install (on free form pools)

So cover is cut to shape and I got in my reel from Solarcovers.com. Looking to install tomorrow. The directions show moving the reel from deep end of pool, in a max of 3', then attaching with their provided kit. The clamps require folding of the cover enough for it to grip. Does anyone have a picture of theirs installed on a free form pool? Mine is Mountain Pond.
