Few questions about my pool

1. I noticed my return water at bottom of pool is coming from one point only. It used to randomly rotate from different points.

2. My cell 15 is about 6 month old, I cleaned the cell with the hose water. Now the display says inspect cell ?

The AquaRite will indicate inspect cell every 6 months or so as a reminder to check it ... does not mean anything is wrong you have to hold down a button I think to reset the light. {EDIT Hold the + button to reset the light}

Do you have an in-floor cleaning setup? not sure if that is what you are talking about.

I have a black circular thing by pump with 6 pipe going into it, I think that's what control it, dont know how to test it though, on top there is knob says run/pause , it's on RUN

What is your filter pressure when the cleaner is off?
What is your filter pressure when the cleaner is running?

My guage reader is so fuzzy its hard to read ............ but I will try to get it .

If it's not readable you should replace the gauge.

MOst pool stores carry them in stock, also the big box stores will have them.

The valve should also have a gauge. Can you also report the valve pressure gauge reading?

James. On my both guages I can't see anything. I am going to replace both during weekend. Apart from teflon tape. Do I need to seal it from outside when its done. I notice some white glue kind of stuff on both.

This is similar to the one I got a few years ago. Still gauging fine. My pool store 5.98 gauges lasted a year maybe.

I think a 0-100 psi gauge is too wide a span to be useful. I'd go for a 0-60 psi or perferrably a 0-30 psi.

I would be cautious about using too much Teflon tape. It's easy to use too much and that can cause excessive stress on the fitting that you are screwing into. My preference is to use only about 2 to 3 wraps of tape and then apply a thin layer of Permatex No. 2 over the tape. The Permatex is a black liquid that has good sealing properties.

Just as an opposing opinion. I hate permatex for anything except gas lines and don't like T-tape either. I always use Teflon thread sealing paste. It doesn't gum up stuff and it seals well.

My Cartridge PSI is 32 and my valve PSI is 10-11 !

Anything needs to be done , still water comes out from ONLY only outlet
