Circupool "Vector Jet"

Is there any point to the Circupool "Vector Jet?" I have it installed in my pool, but i am not crazy about it, as it throws off the water circulation which used to spin the water around to the skimmer.

If your circulation patter is properly setup there is no point in using something like the Vector Jet. The Vector Jet can be handy when you have only one poorly placed return, but most of the time simple directional return fittings are a better choice.
