bbb method ???

Been reading a lot about bbb instead of shoch/chemicals etc. Still not sure what to do. Just had the liner renewed and fresh water put in. We have above ground pool in Fuquay Varina NC and wondered if anyone in our area uses this method and if so could we talk with you ? Please let us know. Thanks

BBB is not a 'method'. It just using liquid chlorine (bleach) and generic chemicals (baking soda and borax instead of very expensive baking soda called total alkalinity increaser and very expensive borax called Optimizer or Endure at the pool store) along with good water management and learning how to test and balance your own water. What it is is just good common sense.
Shock is a VERB not a NOUN! It is something you DO to a pool, not a special product!
If you take some time to read all the 'stickies' from the menu at the top of the page I think it will answer a LOT of the question you have!
