New Liner New water New chemicals?

I just replace my liner so all of the water is new. It is groundwater. All I have added is chlorine. The calculator says it is not for setup.

Cl 3.5
PH 7.2
TA 20
CYA 0

There didn't appear to be any combined chlorine.
I've maintained the pool for about 4 years now. The PH and TA stays really constant. I know that the PH and total alkalinity play against each other. I was hoping you guys could get me started balancing this thing out.
I'll probably leave the CYA at 0 and watch the chlorine for a little while. I may want to take some water down and work on a light when it warms up some.

I know the ranges. I just wasn't sure exactly how to get the TA up without fighting the PH. I usually just have to add chlorine and a little CYA. The PH and TA have always been good. I got results from the calculator but it says not for setup.
