Hi! We are replastering our pool and I was curious if its a lot of money to fill the pool in from empty. Is there an economical way to do it other than just turning on the water? Thanks!

Sometimes your local water authority/company will charge you for fresh water only instead of charging for both fresh water and waste water since you won't be flushing this water. Try giving them a call.
Your rates are about $1.55 per ccf (hundred cubic feet) for fresh water and $6.59 per ccf for sewer. Your pool holds 33.3 ccf (24,907 gallons). That means that you will pay about $51.62 for the fresh water.
The sewer looks to be capped at 18 ccf, so you will only pay for the amount over your other usage but capped at a total of 118.62. As was noted, you can contact the water company to see if there is an allowance for filling a pool.

Adding emphasis to the last part of that statement, I would suggest well water as a last, least favorite option. A very high percentage of pool water issues we see here on the forum comes from high iron content well water.
Also adding to the well issue. Most wells won't handle pumping enough water out of them at one time to fill a pool. They'll usually run dry before you get that much water out of them. Just something to be aware of.
