This is why it was very much worth it to me to get a Pentair Intelliflo VF pump since that cut my pump electricity usage roughly in half.

I am located in Santa Rosa, California, a few miles north of Chem Geek in San Rafael.

For the first 339.3 KWH, I pay 0.12845 per KWH. The next tier up is .14603 per KWH, and I usually don't reach that level, but occasionally I dip into it a little. There are a few more tiers, with the most expensive being 0.34 per KWH.

In addition, there was $2.38 in taxes on my last bill.
