Made the deal in northern Virginia

After many months of talking and reading we made the deal yesterday for a 38' Leisure Moroccan Fiberglass Pool:
2 Skimmers
4 Returns
Pentair VS
Pentair Clean&Clear Plus 320
Pentair EasyTouch with IC40
Pentair Kreepy Krauler Prowler 720
3 Fiberstars PAL 200 LED Lights
Approx 900 sqft Stamped Concrete
ALL gravel backfill
2" solid PVC (no flex)

Installation will be mid-March or mid-April... I'll post photos when digging begins.

I am pulling the permits and will install fencing after installation is complete.

If the contract isn't final yet I'd have them specify the mid-March or mid-April start date. You could very easily end up not have a completed pool until June depending on the PB's priorities. It looks like a nice equipment list. I'm not sure the VS pump is necessary. A 2-speed might save you a few hundred bucks. Everything I've researched suggests it's difficult to recoup the added costs unless your electric rates are on the high side. Good luck with the build and post lots of pictures.

The build date is up to me, depending on my travel schedule. I'm the one that pushed for the VS pump. I didn't think this was the time to cut corners....
