CPSC36 or CPSC48

Would you guys recommend I get the CPSC36 or CPSC48 for a 20k gal pool? It seems most here recommend upsizing their cell, but the cost difference could pay for the installation of the CPSC36.

Either unit would work. I pretty handy and was able to install it myself. I've recently posted some info in this post:
