15x34 New pool in Tampa Bay Florida

Finally Today January 18th 2012, I am starting my pool. Here some pics:

Not really...It was pretty sunny when they started at 8:30AM but you could see the clouds coming all over.
They stopped exactly at 2PM when started to pour down but they had already finished the digging and dropping rebars and plumbing in the lot.

Lets see what they do tomorrow.

Second day of construction:

I believe they will pour the concrete on Monday.

It is sunny and high 70s now. Nobody here today, so I am assuming that Monday they come back to pour the concrete.

Who is building your pool? I'm in Tampa as well - we are waiting on financing to start..can't wait!!

Anchor Pools out of Spring Hills.

I had estimated from over 10 builders and at the end, chose Anchor for the way that they handle the relationship with their clients.
So far, I have no complaints. I will glad to talk to you offline and change information.

Have you decided on your builder yet? I have a few that I would definitely tell you to avoid....

3rd day, they poured the concrete:

I saw the notches in the concrete pics, I was looking for them before all of that.

They only shut the concrete today and before that, there was just "place holders" in there.

Today February 03rd they did grade the area and clean up. I was finalizing picking pavers color/shape, interior finishing and mosaics.

I believe next week they will start plumbing and even electrical.

Yes they do. Unfortunately they mess up 2 sprinkler bubblers near the fence and are refusing to fix it. Of course they must be fixed before the pavers come. I am just reading the brochures about the equipment:

Well, a month after they poured the concrete, they started plumbing and today the coping. Hopefully next week will be tile and electrical.
