Max e therm sr400na natural gas error code r13

bought a new unit to replace old unit. service system light on. LED "PS" is on. tried to jumper across the pressure switch, still no luck. error code r13 comes on as the system starts.

Any help or ideas would be much appreciated.

That is the software revision and is normal. Service system light is on? or service heater? Check to make sure the filter has pressure on the gauge. Not too high OR low.

it was service system. Figured it out. The old heater was wired for 120 contary to the evidence at the connection. switched the plug and everything is good to go.
