Very yellow steps

Does anyone have a suggestion for removing yellow staining from the white finish of the steps? I've had a little yellowing before but not like it is now. Is it the result of high iron in the water?

Could be. Try dropping some vitamin c tablets on the steps and see if the yellow fades. If you have high iron in the water you can use a sequestrant to keep it from depositing on the surfaces of your pool.
