Pearland, Texas here. Building a gunite pool

Just starting the process, met with the first of 3 PB's today, Rainey Pools. Number 2 on Saturday, Pearland Pools. Number 3 next Monday, Monterey Bay Pools.

Should I steer clear of any of these?

    My brain is already full.
