One of the benefits of a solar cover is that it stops debris and dirt from entering the pool obviously this time of year the cover is on and off and each time it is wound off the pool any dirt and debris either rolls down the cover back into the pool or makes contact with the underside of the cover on the roller, then to go back in the pool when the cover is next put on the pool. any one got any ideas for a solution?

With the pump running, you can use a garden hose to rinse the dirt toward/into the skimmer before removing the cover.
