staining

My pool is 5 months old, I have noticed that the walls in the spa appear to be staining a light brown, the seats and floor are still pure white. I have also noticed this color has taken hold of my main pump basket as well as the polaris bag. What could this be and any suggestions?

Sounds like scale. Please post your chem levels for pH, alk, FC, CC, CH, and CYA. Don't rely on strips. They aren't accurate.
